Our Story
Barajas Cabo Services, Property Management & Vacation Rentals is a professional Company whose priority is to provide the best services to property owners in the Los Cabos area with over 30 years of combined experience in the Property Management, Vacation Rentals and Concierge Services with the highest service quality standards.

We are a family owned business of two brothers: Francisco & Adelina Barajas. We Both have experience in high standard levels of Services, we both lived in the U.S. and graduated our High School in California.
Francisco started to work at a very young age. Then at Food & Beverages Industry passing through many positions until he was promoted to General Manager of a High-end Franchise Restaurant, while studying and supporting a Family of his own.

Francisco Graduated with a master’s degree in English Education. As the only man and senior brother of four siblings he learned to always pay attention and take care of the home details as both of our parents were working full time. He Worked as a group coordinator and has over 14 years of experience as a concierge & Property supervisor for a Property Management and Rental Company as well as vocational Clubs. He has the leadership and knowledge to coordinate all Fields of operations for every property.
Francisco has a wonderful and happy family with 3 boys and a marriage of 28 years, an example for all of his siblings and family, he establishes very high standards to follow. I am very proud of Panchito as we called him. Thank you, Francisco, for being such a great role model for our entire family.

Adelina has been influenced by the Service, Marketing and Sales industry through University part time jobs and graduated with a Major in Tourism & Business Administration. After 6 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager & Groups Coordinator (Service, leadership, sales & marketing were the key), Concierge and Residence Club Chief concierge 3 years at Esperanza Auberge Resort, then moved to High-end vocational Clubs as Abercrombie & Kent, Tanner & Haley, Solstice, Office Guest Service Manager for 3 years at a PM & Villa Rental Co. Then 8 years as an assistant administrator for the General Manager of a Property Management Company.

Being in contact with Property Owners, Rental and Administration developed her passion for Property Management and Vacation Rentals. Adelina is the Pride of my family with a supportive, loved husband, two wonderful boys, one of which is an Architect and the other in Middle School.
